I understand that if my child misses a scheduled class, no refund will be provided for that session. Ancaster Art Academy does not offer refunds or make-up classes, as materials and instructor time are reserved in advance. If class needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather there will not be a make-up scheduled. We understand that schedules can change. If a parent or guardian chooses to cancel a class before the course start date, a refund may be issued minus a $15 processing fee.
