At Ancaster Art Academy, we are building more than just an art school. We are nurturing a creative community where individuals can develop their skills, express themselves, and find inspiration through art.
Kirby Wilkins and Nicole Arnold are the founders of Ancaster Art Academy, a vibrant hub dedicated to cultivating a strong visual arts community in Ancaster. With a shared passion for creativity, education, and community building, they have created a welcoming space where artists of all ages and skill levels can explore, learn, and connect.
Both experienced art educators, Kirby and Nicole bring a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the Academy. Kirby studied Studio Arts at Concordia University and postgraduate work in art therapy, while Nicole holds a Master of Education in Art and a Bachelor's in Visual Arts. Both have extensive experience in artistic creation and educational leadership. Together, they have taught at institutions such as the Dundas Valley School of Art, Dundas Valley Montessori School, and Lee Academy. They are deeply committed to fostering a love of art in the next generation.
