I acknowledge and understand that, while Ancaster Art Academy will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all participants, there may be inherent risks associated with participation in art activities, including but not limited to the use of art materials and tools. I voluntarily agree to assume all risks, including the risk of any injury, harm, or property damage arising from my child’s participation in these activities.
I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Ancaster Art Academy, its owners, employees, instructors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, demands, and actions that may arise from my child’s participation, including any physical or emotional injuries, unless due to gross negligence by Ancaster Art Academy.
Photo/Video Release
I understand and agree that Ancaster Art Academy may take photographs or videos of my child during art classes and activities for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes. I grant permission for my child’s image to be used in printed and digital materials, including but not limited to brochures, social media, websites, and other marketing materials, without compensation or further consent.
