Art Class Waiver and Release
I acknowledge and understand that, while Ancaster Art Academy will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all participants, there may be inherent risks associated with participation in art activities, including but not limited to the use of art materials and tools.
I voluntarily agree to assume all risks associated with participation in Ancaster Art Academy activities, including the risk of any injury, harm, or property damage arising from participation. If I am registering a minor, I am agreeing to these terms on behalf of the participant named in this registration.
I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Ancaster Art Academy, its owners, employees, instructors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, demands, and actions that may arise from participation in Ancaster Art Academy activities, including any physical or emotional injuries, unless due to gross negligence by Ancaster Art Academy.
Photo/Video Release
I understand and agree that Ancaster Art Academy may take photographs or videos of participants during art classes and activities for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes.
I grant permission for photographs or videos of myself, or of the minor participant I am registering, to be used in printed and digital materials, including but not limited to brochures, social media, websites, and other marketing materials, without compensation or further consent.
